Why is my order under review or on hold?
After placing your order, the status will be set to “On Hold.” This simply means your order is waiting to be reviewed by our staff. Once verified, we’ll update it to “Processing.”
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is in Processing, we begin creating it. This step typically takes 1–2 business days.
How do I track my order?
When your order is complete, you’ll receive an email notification and your order status will update to “Completed.” Your tracking information will be included in that email.
